Eric A. Scheit, 56, Rt. 2, Osseo, died suddenly Monday evening at Racine where he was visiting. He was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Luke's Hospital.
Surviving are five living sons, David E., Bruce A.., Thomas J., Robert G., and John C. and one daughter Mrs. Wayne Coey, all of Racine: his mother, Mrs. Emma Scheit, Eau Claire; two brothers, George H Scheit, Chippewa Falls, and Carl F Scheit Oconomowoc, one sister, Mrs. Eugene Hering, Eau Claire, and seven grandchildren.

Mr. Scheit was born in Eau Claire where he had resided for most of his life and for the last 20 years he lived i Osseo after retiring from farming. He was a veteran of World War II.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday from the Stokes Mans Sons Chapel with the Rev. William F Metter of St. John's Lutheran church officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery He was buried on 29 Aug 1968 in Forest Hill Cemetery, Eau Claire, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. In Memory of
