Howard Mitchell MILLIMAN (son of Lewis M MILLIMAN and Etta (Ettie) M PETERS) was born on 8 May 1914 in Leon, Cattaraugus County, New York. He died on 21 Mar 1991 in Brooks Memorial Hospital, Dunkirk, New York. He was buried on 29 Mar 1991 in Treet Memorial Cemetery, Leon, New York. Avis Elizabeth Helen KELLY and Howard Mitchell MILLIMAN had the following children:
