5. Johan Jost BECKER was born about 1739. He was baptised on 10 Feb 1740 in Schohaire Reformed Church. He died on 21 Aug 1806.

He was married to Catharina KNISKERN (daughter of Johann Hendrich KNISKERN and Elisabetha SCHAFER) on 1 Sep 1768. Catharina KNISKERN was born on 21 Feb 1745 in Schohaire, Schohaire County, New York. She was baptised on 24 Feb 1745 in St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schoharie, New York. Johan Jost BECKER and Catharina KNISKERN had the following children:

13 i. Johannes BECKER was born on 2 Dec 1769. He was baptised on 18 Dec 1769 in Schohaire Reformed Church.
14 ii. Henrich BECKER was born on 10 Oct 1772. He was baptised on 11 Oct 1772 in Schohaire Reformed Church.
15 iii. Maria BECKER was born on 22 Jul 1776. She was baptised on 28 Jul 1776 in Schohaire Reformed Church.
16 iv. Elizabeth BECKER was baptised in 1780 in Schohaire Lutheran Church. She was born on 14 Jul 1780.
